Contributing to a community
This final section consists of all my contributions in a community level, how my contribution through art was able to bring people together, ultimately bringing us together

CCA WINDBREAKER 2023
CCA Windbreaker 2023 This was my first project at a community level, involving designing something for a group of people, collecting money from everyone, and managing all administrative work with the supplier – everything was new to me. It definitely wasn't easy doing everything on my own, especially ordering the jackets. However, seeing the looks on my friends' faces when they received their personalized jackets made it all worth it. THE DESIGN PROCESS: The letters, similar to Scrabble pieces, symbolize how despite each piece being different, when put together, they always form a word – just like how the differing personalities in my team always somehow unite us as one. The star symbolizes that regardless of any challenges we face as a team, when we work together, we can achieve anything, shining bright like stars.

CLASS TSHIRT 2024

For our class tshirt, i decided that i shouldn't be the only one who had a say in the design.
Thus, i designed the logo in the middle, then got all my classmates to sign their signatures on the back of the shirt. I felt that this would be a true representation of my class

ZEST AWARD FOR CCA 2023

MY CONTRIBUTIONS IN CHURCH
01 Hospitality Ministry
I have been part of my church's Hospitality Ministry since 2022, joining with a passion for making parishioners' experiences more enjoyable. Despite being the youngest on the team, I have participated in many major events, such as our Festival of Praise 2022 as an usher, the midnight Christmas service 2023, and I even designed the stall banner for my team's food stall for our upcoming Feast Day Festival in August! Being in Hospitality has taught me to be more open-minded to other perspectives, work with people of different ages, and step out of my comfort zone to serve the community.

03 Digital Ministry

Fun fact (I drew Jesus myself on Procreate and edited this on Canva!)
02 Audio Visual Ministry
Another ministry I am a part of is the Audio Visual Ministry, responsible for managing slides, videos, and pictures shown during services. I joined the AV ministry during my pastoral attachment in 2023, and I instantly loved it. From learning how to use ProPresenter to serving in important events like the Good Friday Service earlier this year, AV has provided me with opportunities to learn new skills and adapt to any situation. This includes handling instances like projectors suddenly shutting down mid-service and communicating with various groups and individuals regarding spontaneous changes.

Festival of Praise, 8th October 2022
Digital Ministry is my newest church involvement, offering me a wealth of experiences. I fulfilled a childhood dream by joining a film crew to shoot a music video with Secondary 1 students. In a short time, I learned camera operation and sound management. This taught me the importance of seizing opportunities promptly, as they can vanish in an instant. The same day, I manned a camera for the Mother's Day Concert livestream and managed slides for St. Anthony's Feast Day livestream, gaining valuable insights into video production.
